By using the Go Dutchie app ("the Service") you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Your account

You are responsible for your account and for keeping your login secure. Provide accurate information (including a phone number you control) and don't impersonate others.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the Service, attempt to break its security, or access data that isn't yours.
Community submissions (app suggestions, edits, referral links) must be accurate and lawful. We may remove content or suspend accounts that abuse the community features.
Only add referral links and app information you're entitled to share.

Community content

App suggestions and edits are reviewed and approved by the community. We don't guarantee the accuracy of community-provided information, referral links, or third-party apps.

Third-party apps and subscriptions

Go Dutchie helps you discover and coordinate around third-party apps but is not affiliated with them. Any subscription, payment, or cost-sharing arrangement is between you and the relevant provider or people you choose to share with.

No warranty

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Go Dutchie is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

Changes & termination

We may update these terms or discontinue the Service. You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time.
